here is the run from my day at the track.

Its not that bad. Its about average if he had a GSR swap, but since he has an ITR swap, there is definately room for inprovement.

i dunno what happend... the e46 m3 sucked too that day.
its an SMG 6 speed, so its not shifting error, it shifts faster then a human.
previously, with just an exhaust, he ran a 13.7 ...
that day, he ran a 14.2 and a 13.9, could not get past 13.9
and he had MORE mods then before.. a gruppe M intake, and eurobahn software... on the butt dyno, major improvement. bad day? second half of video, where i run at night time, you can hear all my chirps, 1-2nd and 2-3rd gears

My 97 dx hatch ran really close to that with a stock b18b. Practice driving. Good luck. You should be running like high to mid 13's.

Hey, I remember seeing your dyno, and the numbers were not very impressive. Have you done any tuning or tune-up since then? I think you have a dirty untuned engine...
EDIT: B18C5 is a hatch is impressive, I just remember the numbers were not, don't take what I said the wrong way. Downloading the video right now, I'll let you know what I think.

well what do you think after viewing the video? i know for a fact that it is not my driving. even with a 2.2 60 footer, i should have netted better times! and the second run on the second half of the video, you can hear my chirp 1st-2nd and 2nd-3rd.

You need to check your compression and do a leak-down test.
Those are GSR times, not ITR.
Nothing wrong with your driving, everything is right on as far as the timeslip goes.
You could drop your 60' to a 2.0 on Azenis but even then, you'd still be cracking a high 13/14.0, which is where a GSR CX would be, or my GSR Si was a long time ago.

Looked like you had a good launch, the 60' might get you into 14 flat, but you should see 13.8 or less. IMHO
Running back to back leads me to believe the engine is not running as strong as it should, as Skyc said, do a compression test. Let us know the results.

I can't wait to run my Hybrid in the 1/4.

I was gunna say it's not your driving at all...
If I were you I wouldn't bother with that motor. Id sell it and get a GSR and with the left over cash be a bit quicker than 14.3...

you did good man. you should hit 13.3-13.6 with slicks and a 1.8 60 foot launch. not bad though. throw on some slicks and let us know what you run then

Well ofcourse ITR is best bang for your buck but **** if it's not running right and it would cost annoying amounts of hours and dollars to fix than why the hell not. Ive heard of tons of GSR hatches running low 14's ? high 13's with bolt ons.

Well dumbo if he would get it fixed, it would run low-mid 13s on street tires.
Not everything works right out of the box. GSR swaps included. Only a lucky few of us, me included, have everything work right from day one.

Yeah something is holding you back on those runs. Like everyone said i'd check your motor to see if something is wrong.

Your mph is indicating that you don't have the power to go that much faster. Your right around the speed that you should be for your times. (I hit 14.3@98 too with 2.2 60' foot times).
Its not your driving, If your saying other cars also ran slower then ussual, maybe the track was prepped poorly. Or other factors were involved to slow you guys down.
Ussually, healthy type R motors in hatches trap over 100mph, blykins with a SI hatch hit 13.9 @101.....(off the top of my head.) Good luck to getting her faster.

Their's gotta be something wrong somewhere, my 93 cx with an ls swap with a jdm gsr tranny with itr lsd, ran a 9.5 in the 1/8th at 73mph.
