Default painting my hood and trunk black
im thinking of paint my 97 coupe hood, roof and trunk black. what you think? does anyone have any pics. oh and the car is silver

Personally, i dont think it will look good at all. To each his own, if you are going to like it then go for it.

For future plans, if you decide to sell the car, no one is going to want to buy a car thats two tone. id like to see how it looks.

it only looks good an certain cars and with the right paint and wheels, not to mention the right look with the body structure. i say no... its more of a European Sport car them. everyone and there mom is getting this. it looks cool, but not my taste.

my bubby's dc5 is two tone and it looks like sh*t dont do it jis is silver and black hood,roof and deck lid

I second that notion!

Most of the people I've seen do that have a really crappy or faded paint job already. Then thay decide to paint their hood and trunk black, It just looks tacky.

If you do decide to do it, I'm thinking you're doing it with a fresh paint job.

Still CF hood/trunk is a better deal.
