Paint Help Please
Hey guys I just got a replacement bumper for my hatch from a buddy of mine (putting a body kit on his car) but somebody painted the Grils on it is there anyway to get this paint of and return it to the black, would sanding work or some sort of paint remover work ?

Sanding will probably be the best way because all of the paint strippers and chemicals are pretty harsh and would likely damage the surrounding paint.
BTW do you know Rodney (black Si) in Dothan?

Aircraft stripper and products similar are only for removing paint from metal. if you were to put it on plastic it would melt it (it's harsh stuff). I would try the sand paper and see how that works first.

I just dont want it to end up all scrached up from the sand paper ..... anybody else got any thoughts ?

I just dont want it to end up all scrached up from the sand paper ..... anybody else got any thoughts ? honestly, if you start by wet sanding it at a higher grit to get the clearcoat and main body of the paint, then go down in decreasing grit to get to the original black oem. you'll be fine. as long as you have patience, i guarantee if you take your time you'll be surprised how good it came out.
