Paint codes of a Type R
Ok so I have a 1996 Civic EK Hatch, does anybody know the paint code for the Dark Charcoal TYPE R color? I want to paint my car that color.

There was a dark charcoal color that came on some '96-'00 Civics overseas only.
No Type R ever came in a dark charcoal color. No USDM '96-'00 Civic hatchback ever came in a dark charcoal color either.
They came in white (Championship White), black (Starlight Black Pearl aka Flamenco Black Pearl), silver (Vogue Silver Metallic) and yellow (Phoenix Yellow aka Sunlight Yellow).

I know the different chassis codes, I just see the dark charcoal color on some Type R's so I wasn't sure. But there was a dark charcoal color overseas what is the paint code?

It's a color we have here on 5th gens too.
It's called Phantom Gray.

That helped beautifully it even has the pics, Thank you for the help. For some reason I always thought the Phatom Grey came on the Type R, I really don't know why. Thanks again for the help.
