Default Oxygen sensor Question for B16

Hey guys,
I need an new O2 sensor and I was on the denso site and it says that the b16a3 needs #234-4011 for 1994 & 1995 del sol. Oddly enough the 1996 & 1997 del sol vtec models designated b16a2 use #234-4099. I actually have a b16a3 but I wanted to know if I could use the other oxygen sensor??? I know the 96 & up went to OBDII so I don't know if that matters at all. I've been told yes and no. The point of the question is that the 234-4099 is a **** ton cheaper. Thanks for any help!
