Default Overheating

So my wife's car has been overheating for some time. I finally got a hold of her maintenance records to see what the shop has supposedly done to it.

They claim that they've flushed the coolant, changed the t-stat, thermal fan switch, fan relay + the radiator fan motor.

Now, I've done plenty of work on this car. I'm a fairly competent mechanic (I work on motorcycles for a living - different, but the same) so I'm no noobie boobie at this. I read that they supposedly replaced a few other things, that either didn't need to be replaced, or don't look like they've been replaced at all. So I'm not really sure as to what has really been done to this car.

It overheats when the AC is on. Doesn't matter if we're moving or not. After about a minute or two with the AC on full, the temp will start to go up then continue to go up.

What quirks are there with this car? I know every car has a few things that are pretty weak on them (like the auto trans.... uhg.)

Car is a 98 civic CX hatch auto trans.

PS, can someone tell me the specific engine code for this? That will help me out in the future.
