Default Overheating

I have a B16 Turbo Civic.. When driving on the regular streets the car is fine. When I get on the highway, after a few miles, the car starts to overheat (@ 60 mph). This is backwards from what would normally happen. Any suggestions?

This would be true if it was a fan problem. Sounds like youre T-stat might not be opening.
