Guys help overheat honda ek96 once start water spill/overflow on radiator caps off! bubbles on rad water starts to show slowly spilling out. once pump gas in, It will overflow.
Repaired done: repaired/cleaned radiator, radcap replaced, removed thermostat, top overhauled already changed cyclinder head gasket, valve seals, machine shop etc. Fan and thermo switch working. water pump not even a year old. Comments and suggestions are highly aprreciated!

Bubbles are a sign of a headgasket issue.

I think he meant, when he hits the gas pedal.

How long ago did you do the headgasket? when you had it done was it because of overheating? then if so you should of had the head machined to make sure it was true, was that done?
