oupground control cutom kit, how about these rates...
ok guys i got 96 civic coupe w/ integra type r motor. I already got tokico 5 ways, and im gonna get a custom kit from gorund control what you think about the spring rates, 380front and 300rear. I dont mind the stiff ride but do you think these rates will match up well???

my plans are pretty basic, bolt ons and some tuning w/a hondata then some rota rims and thats it w/ in the next year

That is really close to what the stock kit comes with already. I think its 380f 250r. For a daily driver its pretty middle of the road. Pretty decent ride. I am running the 380f/300r in my 98 dx hatch right now and it is pretty good. If you plan on Autox or drag racing you might want to consider something a tad heavier. I have a set of 400f/450r that I swap in for auto x days. Good luck
