Diagnostics will.
Do as RonJ has outlined, TEST the spark plugs (don't just unplug the wires), Check timing (Ignition and mechanical), test your distributor coil; etc.
Ultimately, if you still can't get it working, create a thread outlining everything you've done, be precise.

i timed it like 8 times ..i hit the injectors with a noid light they are fireing, i also listened to them with a stepthascope they are clicking also excuse my spelling but i also used a spark testor i am not sure if the flame should be bright blue but it was yellow ish and sparking, another thing i checked was cap and rotor visually it looked good but idk what good looks like the only thing i have not done was a cylinder leak dwn test, excuse me not knowing too much abour hondas but any help or thoughts is appreciated
