I don't know how many of you guys/gals have purchased from this place, but I got shitted out of a ACT clutch disc. The initial purchase was made on May 25, 2006 via online. After 2 and a half weeks went by, I contacted them and they told me that UPS somewhat misplaced the item. The guy insured me that he was going to send out another one that very day and will provide me with a tracking number, blah blah blah. I check my email the next day......NOTHING from them except the original one (that stated my order was processed & the disc was going to be sent out shortly). A week later, I called and someone else checked up on it....no re-order was ever placed. I would have strangled his neck if I could..from hearing this BS. I told him that if the disc was not going to be here by the end of the week, I will be demanding my full refund back or else I was gonna contact my bank. So this morning (after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH) I called their "friendly" customer service center again, told them my shitty story, and DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK..asap!!! Just a word of advice from a fellow HTer....dont ****** BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOW-LIFES!!! Again...the website is www.autopartswarehouse.com.
