What part got ripped?

You can try to let the fluid out of the wheel cylinder, and try to pull it out.

da brake shoe cuz it embeded it self in da drum so when you try to take it out it would just budge just a little bit. yeah we were at it for about two hours until we decided that f#$% it just rip it boy it didn't look nice we had to replace pins and we didn't know where everything sort of went. you can't just bleed it out it has dat thing dat clicks da one you adjust with a flat screw driver to losen da shoe I was thinking of putting a hole on da drum so I could adjust it but I don't know what bit to use on da drum.

Use a brake spoon to turn the star wheel to retract the pads

The star adjuster is on the bottom of the shoes, the cylinder is up top, if you loosen the bleeder screw to let out fluid and rock the drum back and forth it should push enough fluid out the top wheel cylinder. So now its smaller than the star adjusters width, you'll have more wiggle room to slide it off. Otherwise do what was suggested and take the dust cover acces off for the star adjuster and try and make it smaller; you'll have to lift the metal 'pawl' that lets it only turn one way.

I can't even understand what he says in the first post? Ripped? Are we talking clothes or brakes? We're not speaking ebonix to each other on the corner...the clearer the problem/question, the clearer the answers/help!

you can't even access the star nut until the drum is off anyway! Not on your Civic that is...
