One can of freon
Have 1996 Honda Civic hatchback rebuilt the AC about a year or two ago and a little bit of the freon leaked out so I was going to top it off and did not notice one of my seals on my manifold gauges was missing and sucked in a some air in the system.
I pulled a new vacuum and I mean I really pulled it down tight with a double vacuum system
I got 1 12oz can in the system and it's running some strange pressures.
40psi low side and 240 to 250psi on the high side I know it takes about 24 oz to fill the system and I'm afraid to put the second can in anybody got an idea what the heck going wrong with it everything in that thing is new I mean everything.

You're overthinking this. Put the full charge in, and then evaluate performance. I think the rated charge is only 20 oz though. There should be a sticker on the radiator support or the strut tower.

You can't charge by pressure. The pressures have nothing to do with how much refrigerant you put inside. Pressure is determined by temperature and humidity as well as system function. The only way to fill the system is to evacuate, vacuum and fill by weight. Anything else will be a waste of time.
