is oil supposed to come out of this
i was putting on some new pedal covers (stock ones were gone). I saw what appeared to be oil coming out of the "the clutch master cylinder" is there supposed to be some coming out or none at all. tell me the truth how bad is it

The seal on your master cylinder is leaking. You can replace it, although I let mine leak and check the fluid often...

Your master might not be leaking. It might some lube that the previous owner (if there was one) put on the shaft. That lube might have been wd40 or grease of some kind. Here's a test:
Take your hand and get some of the 'leaking' stuff and run some water over it. A sink sprayer would be best. If the stuff foams, then it's brake fluid you're leaking. (I.E. Time for new master). If not, then don't worry about it, but check on it once in a while.
