Default Oil in spark plugs

Just installed a obd2 b18c1 in my 93 cx

Been having problems getting the car to run in good shape. Just bought a obd1 p72 ecu and decided to install it today.
Charged my battery since it was dead for 15 min, put some gas in the car and topped off the oil about a week ago.

The car wouldn't start, so i just wanted to make sure all spark plugs were in tight, I popped all 4 out and there is oil in all the insides.

Would i need new valve seals and could it cause any harm to my motor?

I had the same problem, Change the Valve Cover gasket w/ seals. Should take care of it.
