what's BSPT mean? does that mean it's for plumbing? and not for nuts/bolts?

anyone know where to buy it? i basically need to extend my oil pressure sensor out a little and possibly add a autometer gauge

bspt, british standard pipe thread

Hardware stores are going to only car national pipe thread, npt.

Are you trying to plug it?

Hey if you want a clean install of a gauge or/and a oil feed line get the tunertoys block fitting. I bought one and used hondabond on the threads and it works great, also it alows you keep your factory oil pressure switch for your light. With it you have two 1/8 npt holes to run accesories off of. Oh its about 26 bucks but its worth it if your like me and pay much attention to detail.
