Default Oil leaking prob

I have oil leaking out of the side of my head. Could this be from my oil temp sensor? I just had the head off and put a new head gasket on it and its not that because its leaking down the side but I cant realy decifer exactly from were. Its a b16 should I have teflon taped the temp sensor. Or do any of you have any other suggestions from were it might be coming from.

its probably the cam seal(believe thats the name of the part) that is leakin...it seems pretty common among the b-series motors

well its actually called a cam plug and yes they are common leakers on B series if you go to honda and ask for a cam seal they will give you the seal on the timing belt side

I've had the same problem, everyone MUST know by now cuz i kept posting about it. but after I cleaned up all the oil as best as i could , the leak just stoppped. I hvae no I idea why. I"m stumped.

But if it starts again and it IS the 'cam plug' it that easier to replace than the cam seal? Does it just push in? or do you hvae to rip everything all apart?

I just replaced the cam plug on my h22. real easy, just take the valve cover off, undo the cam cap and replace it. Go with an str though, its billet aluminum and only 19 bucks from nopi. Its also the same p/n for h22, and the bees

Best way to find out is by cleaning the area as much as possible to see where it is coming from. Why are u going to change something that your are not sure of is leaking.
