OIL check help?!

OIL check help?!
i have no clue where the oil indicator is on the dip stick...its a b18b block..and i have no clue on knowing if theres not enough oil, too much etc... help!

Should be a dipstick in between the runners of the exhaust manifold. On the dipstick when you pull it out there are 2 holes. Starting from the end of the stick you want the oil to the second hole. That's full.

i see **** is ****** wierd...never seen this type of dip stick...usually the dipsticks are simple to read..or maybe i just have a different dip stick for the block?...thanks
