I do believe its 120lbs/in Front (progressive), and 70lbs/in rear (linear).

What aftermarket spring rate would you guys recommend, given that it will be paired with stock shocks.

My plans for the car are a safe daily driver which I can take to Auto-X once or twice a season.

I am more concerned about what will happen to my rebounds with the stock shocks on aftermarket springs.

Whats the difference in what?

I really really recommend Stock ITR springs. If I remember correctly they are around 240 lbs in the front and progressive 190-260'ish in the rear. Once again the exact figures are not correct just off the top of my head. They should do the job for you.

Very comfortable, but I wanted less body roll so I went with some Omnipowers.

theyre for show only, i beleive the spring rates are around 200 in the front i THINK..not sure..but theyre mated with stock shocks and icant tell the difference between ride quality so thats a good thing...BTW when u install springs do a search cuz theres a lot of things that can go wrong

Progressive, get stiffer the more they compress. Linear, stay the same the more they compress.

I'm currently riding on integra springs and struts (from a GS-R). I don't know about the ride height since these came with the car when I bought it.
