obd2a harness in obd2b civic?

I would like to know if an obd2a engine harness will work in an obd2b civic. My o2 sensor plug is messed up and I don't want to fool with it anymore and would like to get a new harness and there are a couple on ebay that I'm looking at buying but they are from 96-98 civics.

What will it take to make it work?
