OBD2A B18b into OBD2B EK swap parts list CHECK.
I have searched until my eyes have bled.
It has been many moons, and I've finally reached the point where I'm making a double-check thread.
With rage and flaming unavoidable I still continue to type.
Hey guys, just wanted to make sure I'm planning everything out correctly for my future swap! I'm slapping a nice reliable B18b out of an OBD2A Teg (keep the electrical simple) into my OBD2B 2000 EK hatch.
Anyway, here's the laundry list.
Full B18b motor and LS transmission
B-series shift linkage (94-01 Teg)
B-series axles and half-shaft
Corresponding ECU for the given engine
D -> B series conversion mounts
99-00 SI rear T-bracket
Jumper harness (OBD2A -> OBD2B)
Now, what has been rumored and never clearly answered is.. Will I need radiator hoses and the throttle cable off of an Integra? Aside from that I know I need maintenance items for the B18, but just to get it in there and running, am I far off on anything? Thanks again guys.

EJ not ek...what engine is in there now ? a y7 or y8 if a y8 afaik you can get away without using the teg throttle cable and just use the y8 one.

It's an 00 EK hatch with the bone stock d16y7. The si post mount is included in the D to B series mount kit. So will I need a y8 throttle cable? Will the Teggy one work as well?
Otherwise am I all set?
And yeah, I was aware of the IACV conversion and the o2 extension, thanks though. I was just listing physical parts I'd need.

And yeah, the y7 has the 90% angle TB. That's cool. So aside from the cable, IACV and o2 alterations, am I all set to go as far as my parts list is concerned?

Yeah, that's trivial fabrication stuff, nothing I physically need to buy in order to get it in the car and running. Thanks again for all the reassurance on stuff I've seen, just what I need. Anything else little like this let me know guys, thanks again.
