obd who?
does anyone know which one is in a 97 d16y8 hatch ob1,2 and what is a pr3 ecu out of, and is it obd1,or2 the pr3 that i have supposedly came out of a sir 2 japan delsol or crx

96+ stock Hondas are OBD2.... 
I have a pr3 ECU for my first gen B16a motor which is pre-OBD, or OBD0 as some people call it. I am not sure if another ECU shares the same pr3 label as the pre-OBD ECU though....

From top to bottom:
1999-2000 OBD2 "B"
1996-1998 OBD2 "A"
1992-1995 OBD1
1986-1991 Pre-OBD or OBD0
PR3 can be either OBD1 or pre OBD/OBD0.
Look at the plugs and see if which one it matches.

97 d16y8 is obd2a.
pr3 is out of jdm sir and is obd0
97 d16y8 is obd2a.
