Icon2 O2 SENSOR ISSUES PLEASE ADVICE

I have an issue with my o2 sensor on my OBD 1 95 JDM D15B Vtech Del Sol. I recently had the check engine light come on and the code came back as 1 the 02 sensor so i replaced it and the check engine light does not clear i have no clue on what to do i disconnected the battery no luck, i removed the back up fuse and ECU no luck the light still on and i changed the o2 sensor twice just in case it was faulty and still no luck i recently installed a after-market exhaust and i installed the o2 sensor on the header and still no ****ing luck !!!!!
Does any 1 have a clue on what the **** is up with this ****....Please advice !!

Did you get the CEL before you installed the new exhaust?

I had what I thought was a code for O2 also. Turns out it was not code for 02 but was the code for Air Intake Temperature Sensor. What I thought was code 1, short blink, was code 10, long blink. Swapped out my IAT and no more code. I spent money on replacing the O2 sensor plus my time troubleshooting after for what I thought was a bad O2 circuit.

Not sure what O2 cade u have but those O2 sensors have a heated element, if the code is heater circuit malfunction then you should check the O2 sensor heater curcuit fuse, i think its a 10A
I would check there next, then fallow the wires back to the O2 sensor, make sure there a no breaks in the wires
