Default Now the brakes don't work!

So we changed the rear brake pads on my 93 civic si, and in the process we had to change the gasket on the brake pistons. Well, we finally got it all done, and when we got back to try the brakes, there's no pressure at all. We pumped the brakes for a good half hour, with no success. We tried it with the fluid cap on and off, and the emergency brake is real easy to pull up now too.

The car's been off the road for two days now, can anyone give some insight into this problem?

did you bleed the brakes after you did the install? sounds like you got some air in there

bleed your brakes and adjust your e-brake at the adjuster screw.
