To be 100% you will have to get in there and inspect them.
The slider pins can often seize up causing them to stick. there is also a possiblity the piston is seizing in which case you would need to replace the entire caliper.

It's called inertia. If your *** isn't on a hill then don't worry about it.

How do you know?

Did you used to push your car to 5mph let it coast and it went x feet and now it goes x-10?

Or do you just think it doesn't roll as much as you think it should?

Some simple cheap things you can try:

+ pump the tires to at least 40psi ( all of them ). << do this first >>>
+ put the car jack stands with all four wheels off the ground
emergency brake off/in neutral
turn the all four tires and see if you any of the drag a lot more than the
other

take tire off the one that is dragging and check out your brakes.

more expensive things to do:
+ four wheel alignment
+ buy the same time that the toyota prius uses. No joke tires make a huge difference for rolling resistance. When I changed my tires on my rx7 to hoosiers it was a LOT hard to push compared to my DD tires. I changed nothing else.

So fix ****. Why do you always post when you already know what the problem is? It's annoying.

Pull the rear brakes off and check if your sliders are stuck.

Rear brake tuck, take the calipers and rotors off so you are left with just the brake lines. Crimp the hard lines so you don't lose fluid. #safetyfourth

All the cool kids are doing it, trust me.

I'd check the e-brake cable too. If it's seized even a little it could cause the car not to roll. You can change your back brakes all you like, if that cable is seized, it's going to prevent a back wheel from spinning as freely as it should.
