Default Nology Spark plug wires

just a quick question for those that have used Nology wires. When using these wires, can u really notice a noticable difference or are they just like all the other wires but with an incredibly high markup price?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're never going to "feel" a difference with wires. You might notice the engine is smoother, stuff like that, but you're not going to butt-dyno any kind of difference.

yeah, i know that. but i guess what i meant was do you really think its worth paying the $150 some odd dollars compared to buying some off the shelf wires?

I used to have nology wires, in my opinion, that was a waste of $150. Stock wires are the best option.

ngk or nothing. Nology wires are a big waste of cash, and they arent exactly known to really be that great. I've known a couple people who had them go bad on fairly new sets. they look cool and thats about it really. Msd's kinda suck too really. If the set I have now ever needs to be changed im going back to ngk's. If your not needing wires, dont waste the money to begin with neither

All you need is NGK and you're all set. Save the extra $100 for something else.

i will leave you with this...

http://www.aj-racing.com/catal...d=791

Spoon copied Nology...and Spoon isn't necessarily know for making things that don't work. While i believe that nology took the hype the extreme, they are in-fact a good wire set. keep in mind nology wires really only work the way they are supposed to when used in conjunction with non-resistor plugs. otherwise, they are just like any other quality aftermarket wire set.
