Re: no spark
Grab a tester, check the harness starting from before the coil. Check for continuity and where it stops will be ur best bet thats the problem. U can also take off a spark plug wire from a plug and do the screw driver trick. As well as taking off the dizzy cap and make sure ur rotor? turns while cranking the engine.

Re: no spark
check the ground on the thermostat for corrosion or it may be loose.
BTW

harness starting from before the coil means what?
and have you had this motor running yet?
what ECU and wiring are you running?

Re: no spark
take a screw driver and attach it to the end of each plug that has the spark plug attached and hold the screw driver (handle not metal part) close very close to ur block and check and see if you get a little spark and check all for plugs if there is park for all four then its not your distributor or wires its gotta be your plugs maybe they could be gaped wrong

Re: no spark
It sounds like the distributor is not getting battery power through the connector. Check whether fuses 41 or 39 is blown. It's also possible that the ignition switch is faulty. Also check whether the timing belt snapped.

Re: no spark
Use a voltmeter to check for battery voltage at the distributor connector (Blk/Yel wire) with the ignition key turned to ON(II). If there's no voltage at that pin, then check whether the fuses are blown and, if not, the ignition switch is faulty.
By the way, is the important ground wire on the thermostat housing loose or disconnected?

Well, better said, check the harness leaving the ECU (which to make it easier, its 1 or 2 plugs before the dizzy. check see if u have continuity from the ECU to the dizzy, and if not...then try another ecu, if there is, you've already tried checking spark with a screw driver through the cables/plugs, you have an option of getting new wires, spark plugs, and dizzy cap, if still dont get spark, then your going to have to get a whole new dizzy, thats only if problem is not within the easier mention solutions above (fuses, grounds, etc.)
