need to get a pinout for the ecu check for power from there .. if there is power coming from the ecu then its a wiring issue if not prolly gonna be internal in the ecu .. more than likely its a wire issue .. im sure someone here has a link to a pinout for you ..

More information is needed. Is there a MAP sensor code? What wire are you testing for voltage and how are you doing the test?

How are you testing it? If you are sure there is no MAP sensor power when the car is in ON(II) then trace the wire back, it is either shorted or broken. I had the same problem happen to my Map except it was on the Ground. So I ran a new ground wire for it and its been fine ever since.

no power to the map would cause low rpm sputtering? running rich? and really bad gas mileage correct?

No. Almost nothing important can be inferred or concluded from your information-less posts.
