Nicest exhaust tone for what purpose? Racing? Daily driven?
Hytech/Mugen Twin Loop for daily driven
ES oval for semi daily driven/weekend track car
Buddy Club Spec II for Race

i have an Es and i love it cuz its quiet at idle, tolerable at speed, and throaty WOT. not to mention that its low pro. also affordable. other than magnaflow, i havent heard many exhausts that arent obnoxious when they drive by...a couple people mentioned some nice ones IMO

I got a lot of compliments from non-Honda owners with a JDM 4-1, Carsound 94006, SMSP modified ITR b-pipe and Mugen twin-loop on a 99 Si. A lot of people like my current set-up as well being a gutted (fell apart from running to rich and not tuning becaue bills ownz me ) carsound and Skunk2.
Although there is a yellow 97 NSX around with a slew of comptech parts on it some being intake/headers/cats and exhaust that sounds almost as good.
Oh and an S2000 with Spoon header back w/ N1 at 9,000rpm in 3rd gear @ VIR sounded "ok".

Even though it can be loud at times, I love my A'pexi N1 catback exhaust. It has a nice deep sound at lower rpm's and just screams in VTEC. At highway speeds it isn't very lound and annoying which is another thing I like about it.

Ahhh man. I totally forgot to add that to my post. Any boosted Honda makes just about any exhaust sound great.

Well this was suppose to be Honda's only, but I'll let this one slide. I prefer Miltek myself.

The Apex N1 is a nice exhaust. Unlike most people, i like the buzzy, high pitched noise it creates! Sounds good and sounds even greater with a testpipe!

IMO, Mugen Twin-Loop or Apex'i N1. I've heard various exhausts, and I think that 5Zigen is by far one of the worst sounding mufflers around. But any exhaust will get raspy sounding once you remove the cat. My mugen muffler even has the rasp now since I run a straight pipe.
