Default Newbie question - what to do first?
Hello, first sorry for my english, i'm from eastern europe.
I have 1994 EG4 Civic Hatchback, D15B2 90HP engine, and have about $1500-$2000 to spend on tuning. What should i buy/replace first?

Sorry, i know that this question must have been there about 1000 times already, but...

hmmm, you could go for intake/exaust/header.
or you could do a swap.

I would do a motor swap. Don't waste your time and money on building that motor
