new and wtb engine and trans....
My buddy has a 98 Civic EX coupe. Is it a D16Y8? Anyway he needs a running motor and auto trans for it. Has to be in good working order. If you have one let me know. In Oklahoma and will drive some to get a good deal.

B.) this thread will probably be moved or deleted or locked because it does not belong here. Check your paper for local junkyards (the entire swap shouldn't run more than $600 with auto tranny).

be careful when buying auto tranny's from a junkyard, if the car has been in a front collision the tranny could be bad. my friend had that prob in a car he owns.
