Default New suspension vs new turbo kit

I have a b18c eg civic coupe. Im having trouble deciding what to buy. Right now i keep up with mustang GTs and are happy with that for a HIE setup. My suspension is very bad, i cant go over a train tracks without me jumping an inch offf my seat.

So i i oviuously want new suspention. The trouble im having is that my friend who owens a shop is selling me a decent turbo kit + dynotune for only 1200, i think thats a decent price.

So what to do? If i buy tye suspension first, turbos gona wait another 6 months, but if i do the turbo now ill be smashing on GT mustangs all day and practically most other cars that race over here.

So yea, give me your opinion, right now im leaning towards the turbo, but the suspension would be nice too

Hmm. You say your happy with your power now, but say you hate your suspension. Doesn't seem like a hard decision to me sir. Later, BR

Suspension should be the first thing on the list.
No point to have a bunch of power if your car handles like crap

I would say the turbo since that is a killer deal. Firm suspension is great anyway, awesome for cornering!

X2...been through it power but no good suspension your not getting full power to the ground and will be very dangerous, your handling would be danger when smashing full throttle with boost with bad suspension. I say get the suspension And you will love your ride than later boost.

I say throw some KYB adjustable struts and some TEIN springs on it.

TEIN SPRINGS $156 free shipping

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TEIN-...Q5fAccessories

KYB Adjustable Struts $396

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/KYB-A...Q5fAccessories

less then 500 and your ridin hella good

they are really nice. but its really only 2 or 4. im on eibachs though not tein.

id do your suspension first.
from the sound of that a whole new turbo plus all the pulls you'll do with it will wear down your already worn suspension in short time.

if its a short term deal on the turbo kit, buy it but dont install it. save up get the suspension then install both and handle good and be fast.

i'd say go with suspension. turbo kit could potentially bring more problems and troubles if something goes wrong. like someone else recommended before, kyb struts and tein springs. plus you'll have leftover dough to do some maintenance!!

I would put my money on some good suspension first. good quality ride is better than beating mustang imo

no use in making alot of power, it you cant put it to the ground, and keep the car under control.

If hes willing to hold the turbo kit, id deff get suspension.
