you gotta check this **** out.. they are sellin them on ebay like mad... the msot expensive i saw go for like $350! its gonna be the newest ricer toy.. next to the windshield squiter LED's and the tire flies.. they claim they ad 10-40 whp... i think they have been way too much

its funny that you meantion leaf blowers.. its been done and accually works.. im probably gonna be flamed for this but it was a product of boredome on a summer day with nothing better to do but me and a friend of mine tried it for ***** and giggles on my old v6 camaro before i blew it up and sold the ****... a k&n cone filter fits exactly on the intake port on my electirc leaf blower... so we took off my hood and hooked it on my throttle body... ran an extension cord into the cab... and ran a power converter with a switch.... and we just kicked on the power at wide open throttle.. and guess what.. it worked.. i have no clue what kinda HP gains... would never do it for anything other than ***** and giggles... cuz its definately unregulated boost.. but it was definatley funny..

well my hair dryer gave me 25 hp to the wheels, and that was the small travel size hairdryer. coes with 2 settings high and low and temp control as well.

I'm not so sure about that.

Maybe the cheap things above won't have the CFM's, but the electric supercharger idea may be sound. Electric motors are much more energy efficient than they used to be. No way to tell for sure except a dyno.

True, cause garret's new turbo's coming out on the new saabs are electric!?! They used to be electric assist to reduce lag but now they are ONLY electric therefore no exhaust gases are used to spool in so much less HEAT!!!

me and my bud nic did stick a leaf blower to his crx before we started on his swap it actually worked not allot but a little you could tell by the way it reved we just wanted to see if it would work and if you had a suicide hood and a seal around the edge it should work good
