New o2 sensor...and now i have a low dipping idle
I installed a header on my car saturday and trying to get the old o2 out of the manifold it broke. So i ordered a Denso replacement...i reset my ECU for about 5 mins while i installed it.
Before i swapped out the header...i had a perfect idle...never dipped or anything.
Now after the new header and new o2...sometimes i push in the clutch and the idle dips down to about 400 or so and slowly climbs back up to around 670-700.
WTF?

How the expletive do you move the timing when installing a header?
Check your fast idle valve and your iacv.

ok so its fine now...im guessing that the ECU had to readjust itself a little longer than i had expected.
But through all the 40 or so miles ive driven today its been fine.
