is 650 reasonable for a d16z6 motor with shipping included

Yes, i would say so as well. If the engine is old, hell, rebuildit/ build it up, and boost that baby!

Boost can be your friend...

I sold my complete D16Z6 swap for $300. It had 140,000 miles though.
