Default New to the H23, where to start?

ok, I bought my del sol about 2 weeks ago now and I am already starting to run it all the way out and I'm getting bored with it. It has a full Greddy exhaust, DC header, AEM intake, and a P14 ECU. I was wanting to start with an intake manifold and T-body, but didn't know if there was a better place to start. I am thinking about going turbo in a year or so so keep that in mind also. I talked to one of the guys at T1 in dallas and I think I'm going to go with the hondata and get a nice base tune, but I would rather get a few other things added to the list first

H23A1 in a Del Sol... sounds fun actually. The B16 that came in those also had 160hp, but far less torque. Hmm... cool beans.

I wonder what a H23A1 would run in my Si, 14.5? It's making me want to do this swap haha, this is crazy... my B16 would get way better gas mileage though, and the tranny is just too fun. Hmm.. H2B...

well the MPG SUCKS in this thing, I think the tranny is geared way too low. I am not so much wanting to do bolt-ons as I am wanting to drop some weight, and let it rev a little more freely. I want to get it tuned and open up the intake then just toss a few simple things on to speed it up a little like cam gears and some fuel stuffies

also, I am wanting to get a hondata, but I was told I would have to swap out the P14, what is the best way to go as far as tuning?
