New Guy with a A/C question
Hello everyone,
Just purchased my first Honda! It is a 1992 Civic LX with a JDM D15B SOHC VTEC. Right now the ac doesnt work as the compressor is shot and right now isnt even connected to the belt. I am familiar with cars as I also have a 99 Camaro I tinker with so putting it in myself wont be a issue.
My question is what year compressors from what motors will fit in this car? My brother has a 1997 civic DX that he just recently swapped a B18 Turbo into and doesnt have his ac hooked up anymore will that compressor work with my motor? also it originally had a d-series motor in it when he bought it so if he still has the compressor for that motor will that work with my motor?
Thanks!

Re: New Guy with a A/C question
Any 92-00 D series compressor should physically bolt up and line up with the belts... 99% sure there, because they all use work with the same brackets. I'm not sure about the electrical connectors though.
