Re: new gal wants to know about her car... (da935oul)
My car has 207,000 miles on her. She is running great now, but for how long? My husband has been trying for almost a year to get me interested in tuning her. I have finally given in and I found that I LOVE cars! I just have a lot to learn.

wow 207,000 miles. don't even think about going with a turbo. i guess its time for a swap. something reliable though, because it seems like you drive it everyday. i suggest an acceptional engine swap, and leave it stock. something like you would do to a B18C-R/C5, B16B, K20A, etc... you know? something thats a bling factor, sounds great, and still quick stock. currently, a B18C1 (GSR) is the all around ideal swap for a civic. if you want to do more modding, or none at all, than just an engine swap, i suggest that engine also.

lol. isn't that the truth.
in that case..
search n00bie. there is tons of info out there for B series.
In reality, keep the B16 and get a compression/leak down test. If your compression numbers are up there and good, then boost that thing.
If not, time for new rings. Simple enough.
