New Car - I Have Some Questions!
I just bought a 98 Civic Hatch. I got a good deal on it because the body is in bad shape. It is going to get painted within a few weeks. The body man says I need a new front bumper because of the big gash in it. So here are my questions...
1. Are there any tasteful front bumper upgrades I should look at or just buy a stock front bumper? Where is a good place to buy either an upgrade or stock bumper?
2. What do you guys think of the Type S front and rear lips? Good place to buy them?
3. I have seen many cars with grills without the Honda symbol on them. Where can I get one of those?
4. I found some Gold 15" Rota RB wheels that I think I am going to buy. Do you guys think the wheels will look good with the color of my car?
5. What about spoiler upgrades? I have seen a few pictures of Hatchs with a little different wings that I liked. Any suggestions on a spoiler upgrade?
Sorry for the newb questions. I am actually a Mustang guy, but I bought this car so I can have something else to mess with. I have always loved the 96-98 Hatchs. Any help is appreciated! Here are some pictures of the car...

Keep it stock... Find a OEM front bumper and pick a lip you like. Call it a day. Check ebay for grills or the honda market place. Look in the cosmetic section to see hatches with rims to give you an idea of what you may want. Same things with spoilers.

I hope you know that that engine isn't stock either. That came off of an older model honda, definitely not a 96-98 civic. As for the bumper, you can do a 99-00 front end conversion. Then you can go with a 99-00 civic si/ctr grill.
And if you want some cosmetic ideas, take a peek in here:

Yes, I got this car for $2,300. The KBB said around $5,000 in Fair shape, which is the worst they give estimates for, so I thought it was a pretty good deal. It only has 72K on it also. Does anyone know what engine it has?

Yeah, fixing all that and getting it painted is going to run you over $3000 if you want a nice paintjob.
There are all kinds of wings for 6th gen hatches, more options than any other chassis I believe. I favor the oem ctr and spoon/spoon style wing.
What are your goals? DD beater? Track *****? weekend warrior? Tokyo drift car?
