is your axles riped, making noise, old, damaged??? if so then replace it...what kind of clutch you got in it???

I've seen guys with 200whp snap axles left and right and then I've seen 500 whp guys never break an axle in over 5 years. It depends on driving style.
As mentioned in other post, there are 600 whp civic's still running OEM axles. So you should be fine.
