I would go with H&R rather than Neuspeed.
I read that neespeed where smoother than the H&R....

I have the neuspeed sports on my 99 Si. It is a perfect drop. There is still a bit of body roll, but what do you expect from a 2600 lb car. It handles great with the Azenis though!!! If I were to do it again I would go with Tein Coilovers.

I'm a big fan of Neuspeed's suspension products ...I just wish they'd devolop a larger line of Honda/Acura performance products .

I hear NEUSPEED were a little bouncy and stiffer than others

Also TEINs have a slightly larger drop.... I wish someone had some pics to post with NEUSPEED and teins

id recommend Eibach.

if not them-then H&R is probably the next best thing.

if you have the money-go with Tein's...i hear from some that they are pretty stiff...but good stuff overall
