The rears should fit in with a little elbow grease. The fronts are simple.
1. Take the plastic cover off the inside rail (the part with the seatbelt buckle). 2x Philip's Head Screw
2. Remove hinge bolt. 1x 12mm flange nut.
3. Remove the two rail bolts (not the one holding on the seatbelt). 2x 14mm flange bolt.
4. Remove the tension wire from the inside rail by sliding the washer off the ends, and unclipping it.
Now do the same thing with your stock seat, and swap the rails
PS - Search next time, this has been covered.

Not really. It will, however, allow you to bolt it in with all 4 bolts, thus improving your safety.
