hey just got 95 hatch as it says in the headline, its pretty clean except for one thing, my roof is rusted out twords the hatch so i want to replace it. i just got a donor roof which is in very good condition. my question is how do i repalce the roof... someone had told me that the roof is held on by 4 spotwelds and special bonding glue down the sides. i need help from someone who has at least a little knowledge of civic bodywork
please i live in miami and the rainy season is about to start and rolling around town with a hole in my roof with water coming in, is not something i want to do lol!!!

yes it is true there is spot welds and some adhevise glue honding it down. need to take the side drip rails off the roof look under there.. and then probly gonna have to take an easer wheel and remove the seam sealer off there.. to see the spot welds.. gonna have to grind them off or drilll the spot welds oout depends on how u want to do .. it.. they make spot weld drill bits too... wish i was around.. i would help ya out.. i work at body shop do this **** every day lol

hey thanks man i guess ill try it on the donor car first and thanks for the offer but i guess ill just have to take a weekend to try it out
