I mean thats what i did, im 6ft and have sedan seats in my coupe which actually raise your driving position
so one day i grabbed the lever and leaned the seat way back, and now i have a foot of head room in a coupe, driving is a breeze now

I see what your saying but when i do that.... I'm super hunched over and that when my neck and back start killing me. If i could drop the seat down to the floor i would be ok.

no don't lean forward, just incline the seat back at like a 45 degree angle, and keep your back straight, lay your head back and stiff arm the steering wheel/gear box

Re: Need to Lower My Seat in My EM1
Damn. I thought aftermarket seats would fit the same stock del sol seats do? I don't mind spending the money but i want to make sure the car is comfortable for me to drive if I'm going to keep it
Theres gotta be someone to talk to about this that sells seats
Could i just buy aftermarket seats and aftermarket seats rails? Rails that are set much lower then stock?

Aftermarket seats can fit well in the car. But, that'll require some "testing" if you want the most comfortable setup for your body type. Sadly, not many retailers have aftermarket seats in stock, so you're going to have to look around to see if any shops near you do. Also, there are plenty of seat rail options that will mount the aftermarket seat lower in the car, to meet that requirement. I had Bride RO seat rails holding my Recaro's in my track car, and they worked great for that. I was just saying that the Del Sol seats are a direct swap-in option, that'll be easy to pick up for cheap. I spotted a set on my local CL for $100 yesterday.

For what it's worth, I just put S2000 seats in my 1999 Civic and not only do you sit lower in the seat, (deeper pan) but the rails themselves are about 1 1/2" inches lower, for a total of approximately 2" lower. Three bolts will line up more or less, although I had to grind one of the holes a little wider, and one bolt you have to make a short 90 degree bracket for. But the difference is night and day to stock seats.

Re: Need to Lower My Seat in My EM1
In my EK I've got sparco seats, sparco sliders, and planted brand seat brackets. Total was approx $1000. All new.
They are not as comfortable of seats for super long drives. Tho, I've done 16hrs one way in them, and wasn't sore or anything.

Did they lower the seat much?

Imo the planted brackets are the lowest possible way to mount a seat without drilling holes in the floor pan lol. They bearly clear the humps in the floor.
Yes they do substantially.
