need help!!! with specs on d16y7
ok so I bent my valves and I am replacing the valves and I need the spec of the rocker cam on the hundred thousand to do the valve adjustment I loosened up the bolts... also I need the head torque specs as well. pls help me out! thanks. please provide info on the forms. im trying to search internet for the specs as well. thanks! god bless

ok I found the head torque bolts but I need the cam rocker bolkt 10mm I loosed all of them and wasn't suppost to so I messed up the rocker that touches the valve so I need torque spec for 10mm nut on d16y7 head the rockers are held by 12mm bolts
