Need Help, No Start!!
Here's the gist of what i have going on:
Soon to be Honda Challenge H2 car
94 CX Hatch
B16 swap
Engine harness completely redone by someone who does harnesses for the company that makes the motor mounts;-)
NO gauge cluster, only autometer mechanical gauges and electrical tach
Car previously had a clifford alarm with remote start, MOST of wiring has been removed by me while carefully avoiding any wires that appear to be OEM.
With the battery connected(new battery), when the key is turned to the 'on' position, the main relay fires and the fuel pump kicks on and cycles like normal. When the key is turned however, all I hear is a 'click' in the engine bay and NO TURN, NOTHING, NOT EVEN AN ATTEMPT.
What do you folks think is wrong? I tried jumping the starter manually, still just got a 'click'. Could it be the starter? or the Battery? Need help ASAP!!!

replace your starter, if your putting 12v direct to the solenoid and it still clicks, your starter is bad, get your multimeter and check the starter case to ground for continuity, if you have less than 5 ohms, get a new starter

bridged the positive pole and the starter power, and it started up...so no power is getting from ignition to starter...gonna check fuses and relay...hopefully that's it, will keep you all updated.

You'll also want to check your engine grounds, make sure your engine harness is properly grounded in the factory points. Make sure that the ground strap for the engine to chasis is present and that the ground that runs to the transmission area to the battery is present.
It does sound to me as though the starter solenoid is NFG. Try another starter. It's a racecar, you need a spare anyhow.
