need help idle problem and ground

need help idle problem and ground
1st problem what symptoms does my car needs to do if my ignitor/ignition module is going bad i google it and it looks like it is but need some other experince from you guys
2nd my windows and my sunroof take a long *** time to close or open i need to press the gas so it would have more power to close im thinking is a ground problem i had two hondas and i know they close and open the windows slow but not that slow sometimes i need to close my sunroof with my hand while closing it with the switch at the same time
my car is a 95 coupe ej1 with a d16z6 engine no mods or anything at all with a rebuild engine
