Need help with exhaust
Hey I got a 95 civic with a 95 gsr swap and I had some crap cat. welded on there so it failed smog. I got an oem but used gsr cat and all the muffler techs say they cant do it. 
Do you know of a place in the sacramento area were I can do it?
