need help choosing ECU P30 or ITR

I have 91 CRX Si With fully built B16a I have a P30 ECU with conversion harness is this my best option or can I upgrade to ITR ECU did they make OBD 1 ITR ECUs? Sorry not a noob just dont know much bout tegs.

Best option on a built motor is tuning.

no such thing as an OBD1 ITR ECU.

chip the P30 and tune it is the best way to go. (by far)
