Need help with calipers.
So I recently installed new rotors on my 2000 civic si (12'' in front/ 11'' in rear) and they came with brackets to be able to use my stock calipers. Everything bolted up and works properly. I'm going to be getting stainless steel braided brake lines and a larger master cylinder also. Anyways, I was wondering if it is possible to run larger calipers on this set-up off of something like an ITR. If anyone has any info that could help me out I'd appreciate some input.

to run itr calipers on a 4x100 you would need to mill them and get prelude rotars and have them redrilled... def not worth the hassel and money spent if all you'll be doing is street driving with the car

you can use itr calipers, acura legend calipers, s2000 calipers, but you need to get the brackets shaved. I also done know if they will fit on 12" rotors but they will fit on 11". When you can, pm brakeExpert on here. He is literally an expert and does some crazy **** to get brakes to fit on cars that shouldnt.

I'm still on trial status so I can't message him for a few days. You think you could send him a link to this thread for me???
Thanks for the input so far.

Thanks. I appreciate all the help. The stock calipers just look rediculous on such a big rotor. I'd like to stick with something from an acura or a honda instead of going aftermarket.

That's what I'm leaning towards I'd just like to know what I need to do before I actually start looking for parts.

cool well hopefuly I can make them work. The rotors look really good but the small calipers look like ****. I'll post some pics up sometime if I get a chance.

They are horrible. Once they get hot it takes forever to stop. I found someone who was willing to trade me the big brake kit for my stock brakes and a stock steering wheel so I took him up on the offer.
